What ages is this class for?
Our mixed-age classes are designed for children from birth to age 5 and the grownups who love them®.
What is my role as a parent or caregiver in class?
Sing, move, and have fun with your child! You are your child’s most important music teacher right now, and your participation helps your child feel comfortable, engaged, and ready to learn.

What if my child doesn’t participate right away?
That’s completely okay. Children participate in their own way and at their own pace. Some jump right in, while others watch, listen, and take it all in before joining more actively.
What should we wear to class?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Adults must wear socks in class. Babies may wear grippy socks or go barefoot.

Can siblings attend class?
Yes! Siblings under 8 months are welcome to come along in a carrier at no additional cost.
Once a sibling turns 8 months old, they will need to be enrolled in the class in order to participate. Enrolled siblings receive 50% off tuition.
Please note that the sibling discount applies only to siblings living in the same household. It does not apply to cousins or extended family members, since each enrolled family receives their own Music Together® materials and resources to use at home.
Can we try a class before enrolling?
Yes! We’d love to welcome your family to try a class. Please visit our schedule page or contact us to arrange your visit.
What is included with tuition?
Tuition includes your weekly class, access to the music and materials used in class, access to the Music Together app, and resources to help you continue the music-making at home.
Can we join after the session has already started?
Yes! If space is available, families are welcome to join after the session begins. Tuition will be automatically prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the session.
Do you offer makeups?
Yes. Makeup classes are available for missed classes during the current session, as space allows.
To qualify for a makeup class, please mark your child absent in your makeup class page before your missed class begins. Makeup classes must be scheduled through your online account and do not carry over to future sessions.
What if my child is having a hard day?
That’s okay. Children participate in many different ways, and you are always welcome to step out for a moment and rejoin when your child is ready.
